President Donald Trump unloaded on Sunday, calling out two major Democrat scandals: the alleged illegal fundraising operations of ActBlue and Joe Biden’s controversial use of an autopen to sign critical documents — including, allegedly, presidential pardons.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump wrote, “Hopefully ACTBLUE, the Democrats ILLEGAL SCAM used to raise money, including from not allowed ‘foreign contributions,’ is being looked at by authorities. The Dems only know how to win by CHEATING, something which they do better than any group or party in history. But now, with their terrible policies and candidates, and with people like Crooked Adam Schiff, who demanded a full Pardon from Sleepy Joe, leading the way, it is almost impossible to reach their money goals.”

Trump continued, “The USA is wise to these scoundrels and crooks. Also, why did the Auto Pen give Schiff a Pardon? Biden knew nothing about it. Who operated the Auto Pen? That is the biggest question being asked in D.C. They almost destroyed our Country. They should all be in jail!!!”

The first controversy Trump addressed involves ActBlue, the Democrats’ top online fundraising platform. A recent House investigation uncovered alarming issues, including 22 “significant fraud campaigns” involving foreign connections. During just a 30-day period in 2024, ActBlue reportedly flagged 237 donations linked to foreign IP addresses and prepaid cards. These findings suggest foreign nationals may have tried to influence U.S. elections by abusing ActBlue’s systems.

In response, the Trump administration issued an executive order in early April aimed at cracking down on so-called “straw donor” schemes and foreign money laundering through political donations. The order directs agencies to aggressively pursue and prosecute violations involving illegal contributions, closing the loopholes that allowed foreign interference through online fundraising platforms.

At the same time, another scandal has emerged involving Biden’s use of an autopen device to sign official documents. According to a report released by the Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project, Biden’s signature was generated by an autopen across nearly every document reviewed, including critical legal orders and reportedly even presidential pardons.

The Oversight Project stated that “whoever controlled the autopen controlled the presidency,” warning that Biden’s declining mental capacity may have allowed unelected staffers to run the executive branch without direct oversight from the president himself.

The autopen controversy exploded further after it was revealed that Rep. Adam Schiff allegedly received a full pardon from Biden before leaving office, raising serious questions about who approved the decision. Trump’s post highlighted this point, demanding to know, “Who operated the Auto Pen?”

Adding to the controversy, insiders claim Biden’s handlers frequently shielded him from formal meetings and decisions, making it plausible that an autopen could have been used to issue critical pardons and orders without Biden’s direct knowledge or authorization.

Trump’s Truth Social post underscores the seriousness of both scandals, accusing Democrats of systemic cheating and warning that the American people will no longer tolerate this level of corruption.

With ongoing investigations into ActBlue’s fundraising practices and the autopen allegations growing louder, these scandals could become major flashpoints as Trump continues his second term and implements further reforms.

Congressional committees are reportedly preparing subpoenas related to both matters, and the Department of Justice is under increasing pressure to open formal probes. Meanwhile, Trump’s White House has signaled it will not allow these issues to be swept under the rug, vowing to hold those involved accountable.
