Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) lost control while she questioned Hunter Biden’s former business partner, Tony Bobulinski. Appearing before the House Oversight Committee for allegations about President Joe Biden, AOC suddenly backed herself into a corner with her line of questioning.

Hammering Bobulinski about seeing Biden commit a crime, she asked him if he had personally seen Biden commit a crime. Answering that he had, she then demanded he tell her what the crime he witnessed was. Going through the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) and adding in “corruption statutes,” he added, “RICO, you’re obviously not familiar with…”

AOC promptly cut him off, “Excuse me, sir. Excuse me, sir? Excuse me, sir. RICO is not a crime. It is a category. What is the crime?” Explaining to her calmly, “It’s a category of crimes that you’re then charged under a long hundred list of statues,” Bobulinski was barely able to explain before she again unleashed her anger at him.

“This entire impeachment inquiry is based on an actual, provable individual who has lied. Now, responsible leadership would withdraw an inquiry based on that! Withdraw it. Instead, what we are seeing is that this committee was warned about the falsehoods of these allegations long before that. Warned by Trump’s Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, and yet they proceed it anyway.”

As one of the five business partners in Oneida Holdings, along with Hunter Biden, James Biden, and two other businessmen, the five formed the dummy company to work with a Chinese energy company, CEFC. Bobulinski has already testified that the Biden family pressed their relationship and connection as an asset to potential business dealings. While Hunter has tried to deny these accusations at every turn, the writing is on the wall and it’s as clear as day.
