He's reading from the actual document. The DSA published their platform, and it says exactly what you'd expect from an organization that thinks Venezuela just needed better management.

Carville built his career on the idea that Democrats could win by being pragmatic, centrist, and ruthlessly focused on the economy. The party he's threatening to leave now has a growing faction that thinks capitalism is the problem, the border is a suggestion, and a Twitch streamer is a serious political figure.
